Cancellation Policy
I value your time and aim to provide the best experience for all my clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for everyone, please review and follow my policies:
Cancellations / No-Shows
Life happens, but please try to give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Less than 24 hrs = 50% charge (after the 2nd time)
• No-shows = 50% charge (after the 2nd time)
• Repeat no-shows may require a deposit
• I allow a 15 minute grace period, if later than that we will have to reschedule :)
Salon Etiquette
• No extra guests or kids unless we talked about it ahead of time
• Clean, dry hair is appreciated :)
• Good vibes only — I love keeping the space positive and welcoming!
Payments
• Payment is due at the end of your appointment
• I accept card + Venmo
• No refunds on services, but let me know within 7 days if something needs tweaking
Social Media
• I love sharing your hair (only if you’re cool with it!)
• Not into photos or tags? No worries at all — just let me know
